- Ride up the transition with enough speed to reach the coping.
- Turn slightly at the top and set both trucks on the coping.
- Hold the stall briefly with your weight centred.
- Lift the front wheels and turn back toward the ramp.
- Drop back in.

- It is like a drop in, but you get to it yourself, so the drop is familiar.
- Too little speed and you never get both trucks up.
