- Back foot on the heel-side pocket of the tail, front foot in heelflip position near the bolts.
- Pop and push the tail forward hard, a full frontside 360 scoop.
- Give a light heel kick off the toe-side corner of the nose.
- Jump high and stay over the board while it spins and flips.
- Catch it once the grip tape faces up and land centred.

- Do not over-kick. The heel only guides the flip.
- Expect a long grind of near misses. Film your attempts to see which part fails.
