How to Nollie Heelflip, Step by Step

  1. Front foot on the nose, back foot in the middle with the toes slightly off the toe-side edge.
  2. Pop the nose.
  3. Kick the back heel out and back off the tail.
  4. Jump up and stay over the board.
  5. Catch it and land over the bolts.

Nollie Heelflip Tips

  • The kick goes backward, toward the tail, not sideways.
  • Lean slightly forward. Sitting back makes the board shoot out.
  • A nollie heel is the base for the nollie big heel, a SkateMyLine favourite.
