How to Nosegrind, Step by Step

  1. Approach the ledge at a slight angle with good speed.
  2. Ollie and push the front truck onto the edge.
  3. Keep the back truck up and your weight over the front foot.
  4. Hold the nose manual position while you grind.
  5. Nollie or tip off the end to ride away.

Nosegrind Tips

  • Commit your weight forward. Hesitation drops you into a 50-50.
  • Practise nose manuals on flat ground first.
  • A nollie out of the end is the classic way to finish it.
